Genesis 8
1 and Elohim is being mindful Noah,
and every the animal, and every the domestic beast which with him in ark; and Elohim
is causing to pass wind over the earth and the waters are subsiding. 2 and springs
of abyss and crevices of the heavens are being held in check, and the downpour
from the heavens is being detained. 3 and the waters are returning from on the
earth to go and to return; and the waters are abating from end of fifty and hundred of days. 4 and the ark is resting in the seventh month
in seven ten day to month, on mountains of Ararat. 5 and the waters became to
go and to abate until the month the tenth; in tenth in one to month tops of the
mountains appeared. 6 and it is becoming from end of forty day and Noah is
opening porthole of the ark, which he made. 7 and he is sending the raven; and
he is going forth to go forth and to return until to dry the waters from on the
land. 8 and he is sending the dove from with him to see: they are slight the
waters from on surfaces of the ground? 9 and not the dove found resting place
for sole of her foot; and she is returning to him to the ark; that waters on
surfaces of all the earth; and he is stretching forth his hand, and is taking
her and is bringing her to him to the ark. 10 and he is waiting further seven days,
other ones; and he is proceeding to send the dove from the ark. 11 and she is
coming to him the dove to time of evening; and, behold, leaf of olive tree torn
off in her beak! And Noah is knowing, that the waters are slight from on the
earth. 12 and he is waiting further seven days, other ones; and is sending the
dove: and not she added to return to him further. 13 and it is becoming in one
and six hundred year, in first in one to month, the waters were drained from on
the earth; and Noah is taking away covering of the ark, and is seeing; and,
behold, surfaces of the ground were drained. 14
and in the second month, in seven and twenty day to month the land was
dry.
15 and Elohim is speaking to Noah
to say: 16 come forth from the ark! You and your woman and your sons and women
of your sons with you. 17 every of the animal which with you from all flesh in
flyer and in domestic beast and in every the moving animal the one moving on
the earth bring forth, bring forth with you! And they roam in earth and are
fruitful and increase on the earth. 18 and Noah is coming forth and his sons and
his woman and women of his sons with him. 19 every the animal, every the moving
animal and every the flyer; every one moving on the earth, to their families came
forth from the ark. 20 and Noah is building altar to Yahweh; and he is taking
from every the domestic beast the clean and from every the flyer the clean and
he is offering up ascent offerings in altar. 21 and Yahweh is smelling smell of
the restful fragrance; and Yahweh is saying to his heart: not I shall add to
maledict further the ground in sake the humanity; that form of heart of the
human evil from his youths; and not I shall add further to smite every living
one as which I did. 22 future all days of the earth seedtime and harvest and
cold and warmth and summer and winter and day and night not shall cease.
