Genesis 44

1 and he is instructing whom over household of him to say: fill bags of the mortals food, as which they are able to lift; and place silver of each in mouth of his bag. 2 and my beaker, beaker of the silver, you shall place in mouth of bag of the small one; and silver of his victuals; and he is doing as word of Joseph, which he spoke. 3 the morning lighted and the mortals were sent, they and their donkeys. 4 they went forth the city, not far; and Joseph said to whom over his household: rise! pursue after the mortals! And overtake them, and say to them: to what you repaid evil instead of good? 5 not this which my lord is drinking in him, and to augur, auguring in him? You did evil which you did. 6 and he is overtaking them, and speaking to them these words. 7 and they are saying to him: to what my lord is speaking as these words? Far be it to your servants from to do as this thing. 8 behold, silver which we found in mouth of our bags we restored to you from land Canaan; and how we shall steal from house of your lords silver or gold? 9 whom he shall be found with him from your servants, and he dies; and moreover we shall become to my lord for servants. 10 and he is saying: even now, as your words, so he whom he shall be found with him, he is becoming to me servant; and you shall be innocent ones. 11 and they are hastening, and letting down man his bag earth ward; and opening each his bag. 12 and he is searching; in great one he started and in small one he finished; and the beaker is being found in bag of Benjamin. 13 and they are tearing their garments, and he is lading each on his donkey and they are returning the city ward. 14 and Judah and his brothers is coming house ward Joseph; and he still him there; and they are falling to his faces earth ward. 15 and Joseph is saying to them: what this deed, which you did, not you know that to augur man who like me is auguring? 16 and Judah is saying: what we shall say to my lord? What we shall speak? And what we shall justify ourselves? The Elohim found depravity of your servants; behold us, servants to my lord, moreover we moreover whom the beaker was found in his hand. 17 And he is saying: far be it to me from to do this! The man whom the beaker was found in his hand, he shall become to me servant; and you go up to peace to your father! 18 and Judah is coming close to him, and saying: o, my lord; your servant shall speak, please, word in ears of my lord! And must not be your anger is being hot in your servant; that like you as Pharaoh. 19 my lord asked his servants, to say: there is to you father or brother? 20 and we are saying to my lord: there is to us old father, and boy of old ages, small one, and his brother is dead; and he is being left to alone of him to his mother; and his father loves him. 21 and you are saying to your servants: bring him down to me, and I shall place my eyes on him! 22 and we are saying to my lord: not the lad is able to leave his father; and he leaves his father, and he dies. 23 and you are saying to your servants: if not your brother, the small one, is coming down with you, not you shall see again my faces. 24 and it is becoming that we went up to your servant, my father, and we are telling to him words of my lord. 25 and our father is saying: return! Purchase for us little food! 26 and we are saying: not we are able to go down, should not there is our brother, the small one, with us; and we go down, that not we shall be able to see faces of the man and our brother, the small one, there is no him with us. 27 and your servant, my father, is saying to us: you know that two my woman gave birth for me. 28 and the one is going forth from with me; and I am saying: yea, to tear to pieces he is torn to pieces, and not I saw him until hither. 29 and you take moreover this one from with my faces and mishap befalls him, and you bring down my grey hairs in evil unseen ward. 30 and now as to come of me to your servant, my father, and the lad there is no him with us, and his soul being tied in his soul. 31 and it becomes as to see of him that there is no the lad, and he dies and your servants bring down gray hairs of your servant, our father, in affliction unseen ward. 32 that your servant is surety the lad from with my father, to say: if not I am bringing him to you, and I sin to my father all the days. 33 and now, he shall dwell, please, your servant instead of the lad servant to my lord; and the lad shall go up with his brothers. 34 that how I shall go up to my father and the lad there is no him with me? Lest I shall see in evil which shall find my father.
