Genesis 21
1 and Yahweh noted Sarah as
which he said; and Yahweh is doing for Sarah, as which he spoke. 2 and Sarah is
becoming pregnant and giving birth for Abraham son for his old age, to
appointed time, which Elohim spoke him. 3 and Abraham is calling name of his
son, the one being born to him, whom Sarah gave birth for him: Isaac. 4 and Abraham
is circumcising Isaac, his son, son of eight days, as which Elohim instructed
him. 5 and Abraham son of hundred year in to be born to him Isaac, his son. 6
and Sarah is saying: laughter Elohim made for me; everyone hearing is laughing
for me. 7 and she is saying: who declared to Abraham, Sarah suckles sons? That
I gave birth son for his old age. 8 and the boy is growing up, and is being
weaned, and Abraham is making great feast in day Isaac to be weaned. 9 and Sarah
is seeing son of Hagar, the Egyptian, whom gave birth for Abraham, making fun.
10 and she is saying to Abraham: drive you out this maidservant! And her son
not shall tenant; son of this maidservant; with my son Isaac. 11 and the word
is being evil exceedingly in eyes of Abraham, on cases of his son. 12 and Elohim
is saying to Abraham: must not be it is being evil in your eyes on the lad and
on your maidservant; all which Sarah is saying to you: listen in her voice!
That in Isaac shall be called to you seed. 13 and moreover I shall place son of
the maidservant to nation; him, that your seed he. 14 and Abraham is rising
early in morning and taking bread and flask of waters, and is giving to Hagar,
placing on her shoulder; and the boy; and is sending her away; and she is going
and straying in wilderness of Beer~Sheba. 15 and the waters from the flask are
finishing; and she is flinging the boy under one of the shrubs. 16 and she is going
and is sitting to herself from aloof, to be far as ones shooting of bow, that
she said: must not be I am seeing in death of the boy; and she is sitting from
aloof, and lifting her voice and weeping. 17 and Elohim is hearing voice of the
lad; and messenger of Elohim calling to Hagar from the heavens and saying to
her: what to you, Hagar? Must not be you are fearing, that Elohim heard to
voice of the lad in which he there. 18 get up you, lift up the lad and hold
fast your hand in him, that to nation great I shall place him! 19 and Elohim is
unclosing her eyes; and she is seeing well of waters; and she is going and filling
the flask waters, and giving the lad to drink. 20 and Elohim is becoming with
the lad; and he is growing up, and dwelling in wilderness; and becoming one
being grand bow. 21 and he is dwelling in wilderness of Paran;
and his mother is taking for him woman from land of Egypt.
22 and it is becoming in that
season: and Abimelech and Phicol, chief of his host,
is saying to Abraham, to say of: Elohim with you in all which you doing. 23 and
now: swear to me in Elohim! Behold, should not be you are being false to me and
to my propagator and to my progeny! As kindness which I did with you, you shall
do with me and with the land which you sojourn in her. 24 and Abraham is saying:
I am swearing. 25 and Abraham corrected Abimelech on cases of well of the
waters, which servants of Abimelech snatched. 26 and Abimelech is saying: not I
know who did this thing; and moreover you not told to me, and moreover I not I
heard unless the day! 27 and Abraham is taking flock and herd; and Abimelech is
giving: and two of them are cutting covenant. 28 and Abraham is stationing
seven ewe lambs of the flock to alone of them. 29 and Abimelech is saying to
Abraham: what? Behold! These seven ewe lambs which you stationed to alone of
them. 30 and he is saying: that seven ewe lambs you are taking from my hand in
order that you shall become to me to testimony, that I delved this well. 31 on
so he called to that place Beer~Sheba, that there they swore (two of them). 32
and they are cutting covenant in Beer~Sheba; and Abimelech and Phicol, chief of his host, is rising; and they are
returning to land of Philistines. 33 and he is planting tamarisk in Beer ~Sheba
and calling there in name of Yahweh, El of eon. 34 and Abraham is sojourning in
land of Philistines many days.
